  • Employees of MUSL and immediate family members are prohibited from playing.

3. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • One account per person - duplicate accounts will be suspended.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Ticket Purchases

  • Tickets are valid only when payment is confirmed.
  • All sales are final - no refunds except as required by law.
  • You acknowledge that ticket numbers are randomly generated.

5. Prize Claims

  • Prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date.
  • Winnings over $600 require tax documentation (W-2G/W-8BEN).
  • We reserve the right to verify winner identity before payout.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use automated bots or scripts to purchase tickets.
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Use the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, software, game mechanics) is owned by MUSL/Global Premier Lottery and protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

MUSL and Global Premier Lottery are not liable for:

  • Technical failures preventing ticket purchases.
  • Inaccurate prize amount displays.
  • Third-party fraud or unauthorized account access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

10. Governing Law
